Alright, to add to that, each Fever +1 you have will reduce the need of 1 100% from the requirement of each fever stage in DJMTR.
e.g: Fever + 1, 49 100%s to x2; Fever +2, 48 100%s to x2, 98 100%s from x4 to x5.
As for obtaining the fastest fever possible?
Like xat, you can wait for your reflexes upon hearing the sound, which is fine as humans react to sound stimuli faster than visual stimuli. However, to achieve the fastest possible fever, knowing the combo you have to be is extremely useful, when your combo is close, you concentrate harder, and hit the spacebar as soon as the fever comes on. I can do this for most song's first 150 notes, therefore I can get instant fever activation for most songs (Unless the song's too hard to get 100%s for the first 150 notes.), if you guys want to win in network battles, this is the only way to go. Concentrate on getting 100%s for the first 250 notes, and you'll get the full benefit of having x5 for the duration of the song. Provided you don't lose the x5 somewhere in the middle there. :P
