Am I wrong in sorta-wishing someone had access to the MVs themselves even though that'd mean indirectly wishing for the Technika HDD to be cracked?
I feel slightly guilty/selfish for this sentiment as well, but I, likewise, would quite enjoy access to clean non-PSP-formatted MVs, if only to make great wallpapers out of shots like this particular scene from Melody, below:
As an aside, one of the questions I posed to Michael Yum at the Arcade Infinity location test tournament last year was asking about the possibility of a Visual Emotions-style DVD containing nothing but MVs from Metro Project. The answer was no, to his knowledge, there are and will be no such plans.
