1:45 x 3 = 5:15 + 2min for menus & loading = 7min15sec = 33.1 plays.
So it's probably somewhere between 24~30 plays, if you want to calculate that in SGD. :P At SVGL it'd probably be around $25 (we get bonus credits if we pop in $10 or more).

Still, I gave it a shot (it's one of the easier songs in the 'album' I selected). The technical mode note chart felt more exciting than the pop mode chart even on my first try so I guess it's not bad hehe Quote:

| Yeah, probably around that many number of plays (though I didn't even count how much full games I've played though :P).
Anyways
@Spiritsnare
I do have a few questions though that I was hoping you could (or anyone) could answer:
1) I asked one of the staff/technicians guys who is also addicted to the game (probably same skill level as me or somewhere near it) was kinda shocked when he saw me choose Hard/Technical mode for the first time and see me pick a course/album called "COTTON CANDY". He was kinda shocked as he told me that it's the first time he saw something like that (i.e. he never saw it on other machines that he played in other branches/locations). As such, I didn't know what he meant when said that. Coincidentally, I did check your DJ MAX guide (the Nagatocity blog) and I was checking the lists of songs in Technical/Hard Mode and surprisingly, there is no listing for "COTTON CANDY".
So yeah with that said, maybe you might know something about this (that I'm unaware of).
and
2) What's with Beginner Mode now? The notes are FUCKING HUGE. Heck, I remember really well that when I first started playing 6-7 months ago, the notes in Beginner mode were not that big at all (and were in fact the regular size of notes that we are used to in this game).
So yeah, I was wondering as to what is going on with this size increase.
That's all the questions I have for now

Marketplace Rating: 1 | I assume you weren't following the thread, so:
1) Cotton Candy is part of a big update released to Korea back in August. Here's the post I made on it. I have yet to update my guide to include it; I'm waiting on PlatCrew to release so that I can verify the courses/songs myself, as there have been several rumors that the "Korean-exclusive" songs -- that is, Motion, Mutu, and Hard to Start -- would make an appearance on international versions of the game.
Ironically, and coincidentally, you probably saw yourself that in the international version of Cotton Candy, Motion was nowhere to be found, replaced by Sweet Shining Shooting Star.
2) Lite mode is now "3-lane" mode to further differentiate it from Pop Mixing; thus, huge notes.

Oh and yeah, I saw SSSS. But I was puzzled when I played caused the notes were easier than the one in Pop mode. Wow. Hence, I was kinda puzzled at first as to why it said that the notechart rating is a "4" (when it's a "7" on Pop mode if I remember right).
I guess in the Cotton Candy course, SSSS might be using a beginner mode chart or something (cause it's chicken shit easy compared to the Pop mode chart).
Oh and yeah, I guess that explains that uber-huge notes. On the plus side, it does make it more noob-friendly hehe
P.S.
Anyways, I don't know as to how long the machine will be in the warehouse though (my cousin is still thinking on where to place that unit hehe). Nevertheless, even if the machine I played goes to a store/location, it wouldn't matter cause another machine would be sent to the warehouse afterwards.
Heck, I think my cousin ordered 5-6 more that are arriving in the next few weeks
Crazy indeed
P.S.
@spiritsnare
If the machine will still be in the warehouse within the next few days, I might be able to pass-by my cousin's office and get the info that you need (regarding the Cotton Candy and Randomizer courses).
Rest assured, I'll do whatever I can to get the info (i.e. songs, difficulties, etc.) and notify you about this if I can.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | I think the Cotton Candy version of SSSS is a slightly modified version of the Pop/Customizer version, where the measures are double time, with a few extra double notes and removal of some repeating note lines. The infamous middle part with the 1-1-2-1-1-1-2-2...etc part is made a lot easier by removing some of the notes.
Not sure if it's a "4" but those ratings are all over the place anyway and don't really reflect how difficult (or easy) some songs are, I'd say.
Also, your cousin is awesome. Not gonna lie.

MAD TECHNIKA CAB PIXXX | Wow, you got to see the Technika cab naked!! I'm filled with Jealousy, we don't have Access to ours like that. Our floor panel vibration doesn't work either, but I've used one miles away in Jersey that did and it was awesome. Also four hours of nonstop play is a sin.
