Just kidding. I know (and have known) that I can't beat you guys just from the test. Closest I ever got to taking a score on the machine back then was Melody (I don't remember much from the test besides trying to get the Melody score and failing Son of Sun every time), but I forget Snare's score on it then. I can't even remember how close I was to his score.
Regardless, I can't Perfect Play or simply All Combo it (Melody) or anything that hasn't already.
The other fact that I don't have a method of getting to either Golfland at any time makes a difference too. As well as no disposable income, but that's well besides the point. The main point is that we actually have Technika. I can leave the Score Wars to you guys, and maybe I'll be able to sneak one or two in with time and luck.

Ugh, we're gonna be so behind by the time USA Platinum Crew starts. I can understand that more machines need to arrive to locations first, but some kind of announcement/starting date would be nice too.

Just some advice on chain notes, especially scratching chain notes, like in Coastal Tempo or JBG.
The Scratching in Coastal Tempo always nails me below rate required in Core Sound. Can I get away with just pressing the notes at the point than actually dragging my finger along the note, or if there is any other tips on it would be much appreciated...xD

I'm gonna ask a noob question what do the keys in the up right hand corner do? The ones that says bgm boost and the other that says bgm boost. I pressed but haven't noticed a difference. | |

Key Boost - Raises volume level of your note hits (keysounds)
The base sound volume can be adjusted via knobs inside the coin door, but the boosts are useful if your machine is set lower than you'd prefer.

Sorry to be a noob but now that I have a Platinum Crew membership card that I ordered, what do I do with it to play the stuff? Do I have to register somewhere or can I just start instantly playing?

After you hit start when you've put your credit in the machine you can put in your card. The first time it'll ask you to put in your name. I'm sure there will be somewhere else we'll have to register once the US Platinum Crew Servers come online, but until then, just put your name on the card and you are good to go.
The only thing though, is if the machine is a Test Location and not a Retail build, and they upgrade to a retail, your test location machine card won't work in the final retail build.
So if Hard to Start is on the 2nd stage of pop, it's a Test Machine.
Or if you see Here in the Moment on the 1st stage of pop, then it'll probably be the retail machine.... 
It's up to you, you can use the card in a Test machine and get another card for the retail machine, or just wait until it's upgraded to the retail.
Basically if you used your card in a Test Machine, it'll give you an access error trying to read that same card in a retail machine later...=(

also, are there any hidden songs to unlock. if so how do you unlock them. and are they not available in the test version? | |
