Motion is sort of a sucky song, but Hard to Start and Mutu were great. Mutu TP was really fun.

Finally ranked up to Main DJ, after some 30 or 35 games, i finally ranked up, now im ready for the missions, and here's some pics of my accomplishments so far:







and yay I S'ed my first Pop mode session.

I have come a long way since I first started a few months ago.

the Technika Machine on Glorietta G4!

technika is soooooo famous here in the philippines. there was like 15 queued credits in the machine. i also heard that some Bemani hardcore players became Pentavision converts after seeing this game.

btw, the machine is an international final build (no mutu, no hard to start, has clazziquai songs, proposed flower wolf written in english text). and obviously, no platinum crew -_-.

I was in the Manilia/Makati area a few weeks ago and couldn't find any Technika.

I love how they block off the card slot with the Timezone card slider, so even if you guys do have Platinum Crew cards, you couldn't use them

yeah. that was a bummer. but i think they'll move the slider somewhere else if they decided to implement the Platinum Crew feature of the machine.

btw. i got a S on Proposed Flower Wolf PP (not bad for a first time play) but SSSS owned me hard on the drum part! ><

Welcome to the party :3 Also, first-time PFW S? That's pretty damn good for a sightread, even if you've played it on CE over and over and over again

Also, even if it is going to be offline, they should sell cards anyway for persistent leaderboards, move the Timezone slider away, and replace it with the card reader again :d

My first DJ MAX experience (yup my very first day of playing the game).

Initial review/impressions/feedback:
-The system BGM music (during card entry) is FUCKING AWESOME
-Touch screen game = quite nifty
-The placement of the machine is just near the Maxi Tune 3DX machines and is opposite the counter
-That combined with the overhead screen (plus additional sound boosters) are definitely head-turners and thus many people will indeed see and observe.
-Being a first timer to the game, I can say that for me, the game is too easy on lite mode (the beginner/practice/tutorial mode) yet some songs on Pop mode are just too hard for me atm (those higher than five)
-Also being a first timer who is not familiar with the songs yet, it becomes hard when your countdown timer during song/music selection is only set to like 30 seconds or so.
-Heh, I need more practice & exposure (plus I need to see other people who are more experienced than me play).
-Other than that, the cabinet is awesome.
-The multi-color LED lighting plus the overhead auxiliary screen along with the sound system package (speakers + bass platform + sound booster options) provide a thrilling experience
-The music of Oblivion is just so wonderful and if you enable the sound booster effects (both of them), then you will feel immersed and inspired. It's like you are being taken into another world and are sent into a state of 'trance'

With that said, it looks like I'm definitely coming back to play this game haha
