Marketplace Rating: 1 | Yeah, it's a mod. It has no name, so I've taken a liking to calling it Right Wipe. (The other two would be Left Wipe and Inverse Wipe, respectively.)
Left and Right Wipe cost 800 MP. It's handy on songs like Come to Me [Technical] and Y [Pop].

But if you use an Access Card (currently only available with the Technika Soundtrack, iirc) then you have the ability to change it. That's probably what you saw. | Those who got the limited edition Black Square can use the card that's included. I used mine yesterday.
I need more practice to pass songs like I Want You on technical ( I know, that song is like nub for you guys :P ). The feel of the touchscreen isn't as smooth as I'd like ( used to Osu and EBA .. blame the stylus ). Also I have the tendency to squish the screen with my fingers because I'm afraid it won't register XD It was my first try at the song and failed 3/4 through. Problem is people are always waiting and so you have to wait and wait so you can't practice as much as you'd like.
Not sure if all test locations are similar but the one at SVGL, the external speakers are way louder than the volume on the headphones. Which makes using headphones pointless at the moment ( the knob appears to only adjust increase the volume for the right or left channel , which is retarded ).
That's probably my last time going for the beta testing since there isn't anything to do at SVGL. Song list is pretty limited at the moment unless you go to technical mode. Hopefully more songs are added later in the release.

I played 4 times in a row yesterday with no one behind me and I saw maybe 2 other people play it throughout the day. I've found I tend to fail most songs toward the end (generally because of purple taps with snare while trying to do other stuff... brain hasn't gotten used to that yet) and it's irking me a bit. Failing on the second stage and nearly failing on first stage is never fun, even though the song is supposed to be easy.
As for Howies and headphones, I'm not sure, the external volume is at a perfect level for that place since it's always loud in there with people playing games and the constant trance that they play.

This I assume after I PC'd Hard to Start twice. For some odd reason, one had a higher score.
Also, Michael Yum confirmed updates coming to all three locations - bugfixes, new songs, and Platinum Crew Online ahoy!

I was at SVGL today. They use a card system instead of tokens. A lady went and shoved her SVGL card into the Platinum card slot ( she didn't notice the card reader for the SVGL card was at the bottom of the machine ). I was like o____o and went over and told her the correct location. I was afraid her card was jammed inside the slot and wouldn't come out.
Oh and Technika crashed on me.
oh yey dr.watson
rebooting

Marketplace Rating: 1 | Speaking of final versions and updates and new songs, Hexad (yes, the BS PV song; shitty camera, though) and End of the Moonlight HD, complete with logo whoring like in the original!
End of the Moonlight also is a boss song in the Challenger Set, which has what looks like Proposed, Flower, Wolf part 2, something-or-other, PDM, and End of the Moonlight (I'm assuming it's not the Extra Boss stage that you get with 90%+ MAX).

Marketplace Rating: 3 | Wow, End of the Moonlight looks ridiculously hard. And hooray for HEXAD, a nice little bonus. Is it safe to assume that the updates in the U.S. will add these songs?
