DJ MAX TECHNIKA: card error? help..

Hi,
in desperate need of help.

bought a card (plat crew) a few days back.
When i finished typing my name and stuff, afterwards, it told me that my platinum crew can not be confirmed? or something like that.

This is on the actual game, not the registration on platinum crew website.

could any please tell me what i'm supposed to do or link me to another forum?

Any help is appreciated

where did you get the card and what country are you playing in?

from hongkong.
i don't think it should be happening, because they sell cards regularly and get a lot of people playing there.

maybe it's a bootleg card :O lol, damn, that's weird, or maybe the card is damaged in some way?

I got the same exact error playing with my card. I'm fairly sure it's because you bought your card, put it in the machine, and then it's trying to log you into Platinum Crew but since you haven't registered your card online yet using the serial number on the back of it, there's nothing to log into.
...Of course, I'm kinda assuming you haven't registered for Platinum Crew on the website yet-- if you have and you're still getting the error then I'm sorry, forget everything I just said.

i got onto that and tried to register, i think hong kong makes you use your hkid card number, i have one but it's fairly new because i registered for it like a month ago.

When i fill out my id number and my name, it just does nothing. I press okay and nothing happens!

Am i supposed to use Chinese characters for my name??

I'm having problems with my card too but it's a little different. So I bought my card when my arcade had the beta machine, but now it has the real machine and my card won't work. Is there any way to reset the card??

No, I don't think so. You'll have to buy a new card. Sorry.
