Yeah, we've known for quite a while the Break's machine was permanent, even before PM studios started taking orders for the cabinets in the US. Even if Technika failed miserably and died in a fire, at least there'd still be the Break's.

And Chris... I think is head of machine sales... or something of the sort. High title to be sure, but NOT the head of PM. That would be Mr. Michael Yum, good sir.

And no, I didn't get the damn card. Looks like it's back to sending in $8 a week until I get it... XD Although, if I must say, I have no regrets for picking Melody. I actually like the card design a lot.

Tilt has gotten more cards in, and I saw First Kiss and Here in the Moment in the bunch.

Also the more I talk to the different workers, the more a sound it sounds like they are going to get one, they told me they are waiting for a new machines since the top was taken off, but once the new machine is there I'll will post up again...

I'm not sure if you all know but there's a Technika machine at Gateway 26 Arcade in Wildwood, NJ. It's only $.50/play and they must have just gotten it within the past week or so as I go down the shore regularly. I hadn't gotten a chance to play it yet and I tried a few games and it's very cool. I suck at the game and was only able to pass a couple songs - I think I picked too difficult of songs for my first tries with it. I'm definitely going to be going back and playing more at $.50/play, it's a great deal. It's got the IC card thing and all that, although I'm not sure if it's connected to the network or whatever for the scores. I don't know that much about the game yet, but wanted to post the new location.

Whoa are you serious? English USA version, or imported? I didn't think the USA cabs were shipping yet, should have gotten a picture.

Imported machines won't be able to access USA network btw. If it says PM Studios on it, it's USA ver.

I didn't know what to look for as I don't know that much about the game. I hadn't really been following the thread about it before now. When I go there again, maybe next week, I'll get some more info and maybe some pics. I know it would be a long drive for you, as you're up further north, but it's only like an hour and change away for me.

Ooh, nice! Hopefully I will be able to play this a lot when I go down to the beach. Is the game in English or Korean? I would think that would tell if it's imported or not.

The game was in English, so I guess that means it's not the imported Korean version.

I can confirm that the machine at Wildwood is one of the US location test cabinets, but I can't remember from where it came from. Retail cabs should hopefully start going out this week, if the customs thing finally clears up.
