Hi, what does a gear do that gives fever +2 and tech +2?

I can't find the old post on Trilogy stat bonuses, so based on what I remember:

Auto - Changes a break into a 1%
DefUp - Fever gauge drains less on mistakes
Fever - Fever builds faster (but also depletes faster)
Spec - Gear HP
Tech - Wider timing window (easier 100% hits)

So now Fever depletes the bar faster as well? Or has it been that case for a long time?

This was added in that 1.23 patch, for balance reasons I guess. They also increased the effectiveness of DefUp supposedly.

I dont think there's any gear that gives you Fever bonuses if you were looking for a gear with Fever +2 Stat
