Honestly though, an engine upgrade would be amazing. The 3rd season of tracks really would work well on a keyboard-based beat game.
There really would be two technicalities to overcome (aside from the whole ideological difference/drama/split/whatever between Technika/Trilogy)
First, the engine would need to be updated to support full FMV. Why the PSP series underwent this but Trilogy specifically didn't I'll never understand, given that PCs are so much better suited to handling FMV in terms of resources. D: (This is regarding Stop specifically having the old-style 2D sprite filter/resize/opacity/rotate movie made for it)
Second, a lot of the third season tracks are DDR-length, which I guess makes sense for Technika and to a certain extent thumb fatigue for the PSP series. However 1:30-2:00 is a little on the short side for a PC based release.
Loads of the tunes do have extended versions though - check out the OSTs.
Bottom line, it needs to happen, even if it takes a year or two. >:0
