Thanks so much~ | I have copied the USBSETUP folder from my Trilogy setup disc and uploaded it as a zip here; hope it works for you. http://files.lx.sg/granddog.zip

Googling that doesn't seem help much as well. All I can suggest is that if you really want to run Trilogy, you may want to consider re-installing your operating system which would definitely work regardless of the issue you are currently facing.

Also, is there any way to run it on a secondary monitor?
Thanks! | |

edit: Being a little more useful, nope, don't think there's any compensation feature, although stocking up on "TECH" stat gear/avatar/note makes judgement more lenient overall.

If anyone else knows of any way (either of my two q's), please let me know!

Thanks! | Learn to play on the keyboard. The game is not designed for the IIDX controller and you will find it very awkward to play later songs on it. 5K and 7K songs are designed under the assumption that you have two keys for the centre lane (so there are a lot of jack rolls there, just try doing Mind Control 5K HD on a IIDX controller), 8K wouldn't even be playable and generally the charts are designed with more of a centre focus so that the majority of the notes are played by your stronger fingers.
Yes, I know the Muse-On exists... but honestly I don't know why.

Besides, every monitor has its own response time, and not getting to choose is kind of weird.

In the DJ Max Trilogy Box there is a small slip of paper that says "DJ Max Trilogy" and "Over the Maximum" on one side with a bit of korean writing underneath. On the back of this slip of paper is a long key. What is this key for?
I was thinking it might be for the platinum crew but don't you get that from the Technika and Metro stuff released a while ago as well as a plastic card?
Also, any tips for missions? 'Cos I have no hope in hell of ever doing them. Never been able to. Just used cwcheat on my PSP.

Judgement missions are loads easier with +TECH (although personally all the judgement missions are a pushover anyway with ridiculously low thresholds like 8x%), while break less than X benefit from +AUTO, etc.

Just used cwcheat on my PSP. | You can hit escape and choose 'Restart' to restart from the beginning of the CURRENT song with the score, life and in particular combo you had when you originally began it. This is a lifesaver.

There's also quite the bunch of unique/exclusive content, not just 1-2 tracks - OTOH, Mind Control, NB Girls, Memory of Wind, Catch You, Streetlight, Someday, Ventilator, The One, and some horrible xxdbxx song of which I can't recall.
There's also a few remakes/remixes which don't appear anywhere else, (correct me if wrong) A Lie, For Seasons, Get Out, Yo Cre Que Si, Squeeze, Every Morning have unique mixes/versions in the game. I guess End of the Moonlight almost-counts as well, even if the overall form/chart is the same.
It -really- is a pity that the project went under, because it had a lot of potential.
