ez2on - game crashes

Well, I finally got an account, downloaded lite client and both song packs from ez2on site, but when I try to connect to any channel on any server game simply crashes in the middle of loading.
And looks like I'm not the one experiensing this problem, my friend's game crashes too.
Have anyone else encountered this bug? I simply dunno what to do about this

what does the error looks like? post a screenshot of that error.

it looks like you don't have the east asian language packs installed that's why you're getting the error.

if so, go to control panel > regional and language options

go to the "Languages" tab and check all the boxes you see there (install complex scripts, install east asian language files) then click OK. you will need your Windows installation disk to complete this.

then try playing EZ2ON.

you don't have to do anything other than put checks on the two boxes under "Languages" tab.
