What does the 14 mean?

Does that have to do with the number of chracters in it?

EDIT: nevermind that character thing.... I think it has something to do with the age of 14 but I can't figure out what. Ugh....

It has something to do with the name not corresponding to the number I think.... (name is under 14) I think is what it's basically saying... don't know what that means though.

I'm having the same troubles. Nothing I try works on the first screen. I'm using a generator to get a KSSN but its still giving me that error box. I guess I have to find me a Korean.

Yeah I'm suck at the same point to, if you'd be able to assist me that would be great.

BTW any word on how long this open beta is going on for, and when the actual game is released will be still be for Korea only or will it be opened to the general public.
