ez2on on windows 7?

i have the release candidate of windows 7 on my desktop. the other day i tried to install ez2on on it. the install was fine, however, when i tried to run it, it loads halfway then says the OS isn't supported.

i tried briefly messing around with vista compatibility mode and such, but had no luck running it. and i know it works on vista cause i can run it fine on my laptop.

so my question is: has anyone had any success getting it to run on 7 so far?

Can you change the properties of the executable to run in compatibility mode for Windows Vista/ Earlier?

If you have the release candidate, that means you should have the XP mode, right? Problem solved.

XP mode only works if you have a CPU that supports Hardware virtualization:

im not sure if im doing it right but, am i supposed to install in the virtual XP or am i just supposed to run it in XP mode. cause i downloaded the virtualization software and running it in xp mode w/ it installed on the XP OS and the 7 OS w/ compatibility and both seem to give me errors.

edit:
on the virtual PC, i get a file not found error.
on my main windows 7 os i get operating system not supported.

and also, does running 64bit have anything to do with it?

[edit] well this thread doesn't matter anymore since they are shutting down the server soon
