I have a problem and not to do I get black screen after an error and told me to accept or cancel and gave accept .. by the game and now it looks .. but does not load the icons .. I can only move with the arrow keys

Try redownloading a fresh copy of the installation file,because that mode selection screen there is an old one,they have a new one now
