Marketplace Rating: 0 | Just got Trilogy, and having a serious issue The games running fine in itself as far as i can see, but when im playing a song i always hit the right notes, no matter what i press, For example, if the note is the far left one, and i hit J which is for the fourth note along in 6 button mode it will activate whichever note im supposed to get...
Its kinda frustrating because it completely ruins the game, i can complete a song by just hitting one of the buttons for the whole thing. I dont know if this is a known issue but i've never had anything like it before. In the keyboard settings it picks up all the letters on my keyboard so i have no idea why in the songs it doesnt distinguish between them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just ignore it and you'll be fine. In level 1 songs you "can" use this to make it easier for you, but when it comes to lvl 12 songs.... *cough* You'll see

Marketplace Rating: 0 | Im finding it a real pain, im not very good at the game yet and i know im messing up keys, doesnt seem like theres any penalty so its kinda hard to get better when doing the wrong thing counts as doing the right...
Imagine a math test where it didn't matter what your answers were, as long as you put an answer down.. geez.
Are there any mods to disable this feature?
Edit: Lol reading my post i just realised i compared dj max to a maths test ¬.¬

If you want an online (and free) music game that doesn't do this, check out EZ2ON.

I can handle easy 7k songs, I mean really easy ones, but when it gets to 8k my brain just turns to mush and I end up playing it like 6 hoping for auto correct to be kind to me.

It'd be nice if it was an option, but I don't mind it that much. Puts a greater emphasis on timing, over key accuracy. You also can't seem to overly rely on it when there's a lot of chords going around.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | If it was done for legal reasons (I know Konami was after them just before this system was implemented) there would be no way to turn it off.
Currently there is no way to play without the auto-correct system and there most likely won't be.
