New music games

Hi, I want to try out some different music games other than DJ Max but some games I cant register because i cant read the site (ez2on).

beatmania, ez2on are the only other ones ive heard of.

The question in this thread has been answered. In fact this forum has mentioned Krazyrain, Popstage, o2 Korea, O2Mania emulation, Bandmaster, with people having even offering to help the Popstage registration process.

But it's okay, continue asking to be spoonfed everything under the sun like "how 2 improve at 7k/8k lolol".

the new music games nowadays doesn't have that charm DJMAX had. in other words, IMO, they aren't that good.

btw, the closest thing to a DJMAX Technika on PC (it's FREE and is brought to us by the same company who published DJMAX in Korea)

Baldfalk's partially right -- two threads already have threads that probably would answer your questions if you took the time to read through them.

Need Help Improving on 7k/8k -> DJ Max Trilogy Helpfulness Thread.

New Music Games (this thread) -> Popstage, EZ2ON, and Krazy Rain are among the most discussed alternatives, although EZ2ON died last month.

I don't see anything wrong with asking about merchandise or revival lists, although, having actually given some thought about it, learning Korean is something completely separate from talking about the gameplay of DJ Max or alternatives, and thus I've moved it to General Discussion.



As an aside--

I'm normally very lenient about keeping threads, because good threads will always find themselves back to the top and outdated or garbage threads inevitably sink to the bottom. For a great example, take a look at all the threads asking for Trilogy help even though we've got a Trilogy Helpfulness Thread; there are three or four where there used to be six or more.

I've yet to see any complaints about my style of moderation, even though ideally, I'd like for posters to try to look through the information that's already posted before moving on - it's not that hard to skim, certainly at least through thread titles.

I really should do more exploring I only found out the market place and General Discussion. After playing DJ MAX I just LOVE music games. I only started playing DJ MAX about 2-3 days before I joined bemanistyle.

WOW this thread has turned more into "SHUT THE HELL UP YUH25!!" hasnt it.

I think you should read the threads about the games you wish to play, before asking though.

For example, if you read about Ez2On, you'd find out that Ez2on IS D E A D. It's been shut down so nothing you can do, even if you had an account.
