Awesome. I played DJMAX for the first time at Milpitas Golfland last Thursday, and I got to play it again at SVGL last night. I guess a two-hour drive isn't too bad. XD I got the Fate card and met some nice people. I heard the card system will be getting set up next month?

We're expecting some sort of announcement regarding Platinum Crew at AX (the weekend of the 4th). May not actually definitively happen, but word through people who know Michael Yum points to AX being a big moment for Technika! Keep playing

Plat Crew will probably not happen at AX, but hopefully it'll be running by the end of July.

Anime Expo, which is this upcoming July 4th weekend.

Thanks! Well, I've never been to any anime cons, so I will have to keep updated via the internet (though I might go to Fanime next year.) It's not like I'll get to play DJ Max that often even after it comes online. It's just so fun though, I already wanna play again.

I'm on vacation right now, and I got the honor of playing Technika and I must say it was pretty fun. I've never played a DJ MAX game before except for the PSP version for a short while.

I was at Mulligan's Family Fun Center...and it looks like only one other (good) player has touched the machine (I had it to myself though). For updates, it's 4 Tokens per game for 3 songs (so $1 USD). Machine didn't seem to have any problems, but it's kinda hard to tell when you're not good at the game yet. D:.

I think this is my first forum post too. Lol.

Considering everyone and their mother is playing lite mode... you really don't have any competition. Aside from me, anyways, but... still, not much competition. XD

Machine status updates around the bay:

SVGL: got a new screen (no more shimmering pixels) and has been recalibrated. Accuracy issues aside from the first note bug seem to have been resolved.

MGL: Machine's right speaker still occasionally on the fritz, though it went about 5 hours without popping or cutting out once today. Screen now has a dead pixel (stuck on green) in the lower left-hand sixth of the screen.

Oh yeah, I totally forgot about that. The day I went there was when the screen broke, and I saw them put in the shiny new one, and then I played it. Yay!

I met an asian guy with glasses in CF today(Friday) and he said he is a friend of Dan. and Pakachu.
He left so soon and I am still wondering who he is. lol
