There is a perfectly working Technika Game at Arcade Infinity for 75c a play. Been going there last few weekends and have no issues.. plus they do have Platinum Cards available still if you need one for $6.

Marketplace Rating: 1 | To give more detail to ThatsGobbles' post: even though AI's a great place, SoCal traffic is the crappiest thing ever (the exit you're looking for is, naturally, Fullerton Road, to the right of under where it says La Puente on any zoom level that's not maximum). So, it probably takes an hour of commute either way.
Your suggestion isn't without merit, though: that is, indeed, probably the closest location for him to frequent after Irvine Boomers and Camelot Golfland.

I'm more referring to which will have Platinum Crew when it comes out than anything. And with AI losing money, I doubt they'd pay for the service.

Marketplace Rating: 3 | So, I've decided that in order to entice people to play, after my last game, I'll put in an extra dollar in the machine and leave. The big complaint I get from people who watch and I ask if they want to play is "it's too expensive", so hopefully this well help. Coinz regulars, you are forbidden to use up the free credits.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | hmm. nice idea if you ask me. leave an extra credit and let the curious (or just want to plain steal that credit) try the game for free. then they'll swipe their own credits on the game after.
but what really keeps people from trying is the fact that Technika is expensive (Technika has the highest price per play of all arcade machines in Timezone), so yeah.
