I can confirm a retail build Technika for New Jersey:

Six Flags Great Adventure
4 credits/play (no cards for sale)
1 Six Flags Boulevard
Jackson, NJ, 08527

Located in the Boardwalk Game Center arcade, will be up and running Thursday morning.

Irvine Boomers' Technika is not included with any timed "unlimited arcade games" special (i.e. 4 hours for $15 or the $12 Tuesdays offer).

Their lame excuse was that Technika was on test which is just a crock of shit

. I wouldn't have driven this far if it said on their website that Technika didn't apply for those things. Of course, their website does advertise that they got Technika in

Whatever. I spent $25 on a card so it's not entirely a wasted trip. I'll stick to Camelot from here on out since it's only 40 mi. away instead of 65.

This is good news! Do you know how it works if you just want to play in the arcade, but don't want to pay for admission to the park? I haven't been to Six Flags in a long time, but if I did go it would be just to play Technika. My preferred location would still be Wildwood, because of the other things the shore offers, but just to play Technika, Jackson would be closer to me.

Funfuzion in NY did the exact same thing to me & my friends when we went a few weeks back.

And yeah, I should mention that to play Technika at SFGA you'll need to get inside the park. So going there 'just' for Technika wouldn't be very worthwhile if you don't have a season pass.

(The SFGA machine could be there anywhere from 1-month to permanent, depending on how much play it gets. So play it a lot if you want it to stay.)

That's too bad re SFGA, although the pricing isn't that bad for a season pass:

So, $142.05 for a regular park season pass including parking pass or $172.05 including the waterpark and safari jazz. I'll have to give it some thought, not even sure how long the machine will be there.

New roc doesn't do Free cards on games less then 6 months old

We're low on cards too btw, only Come to Me and Keys to the World are left.

(hard drive updates will be going out to Wildwood/New Roc soon, yes)

Does this mean the new roc machine and wildwoods machine will be getting the update soon? And why is the newest machine a test location when the game is officially released? I'm just confused as to how these things work out.

You all are very lucky, it don't think it won't be here in my country. I play almost all djmax on PSP. Is it only in America this technika will be distributed?

The countries so far to recieve the International Version are Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the United States. Japan and Korea have their own versions, to my knowledge.

No word on a European or non-US America (Canada, Central America, South America) release yet.

Singapore is currently location testing, which also holds the fate of the Philippines (rather, the rest of the Timezone arcade chain) getting the game.
