Default Problems with Muse-On Controller

I'm very new to this forum, but so far it seems like good stuff. I have a question about my Muse-On periferal for DJ Max Trilogy. I got both, the game and controller, about a month ago from Play Asia. I've been having a blast with it ever since, up until recently. My Muse-On has seemingly, all of the sudden, gone haywire. The turntable is unable to sustain a note, so it automaticaly breaks on the long notes. When you just move it a little bit, it does about 3-5 hits, so if I just tap it for a single note, in the game it shows me hitting it really fast and makes it impossible to grab notes for 100%, especially if there are multiples. Also the very first white button seems to have about a 5% fail rate. Like if I hit the button, it won't register sometimes. I've only had the darn thing for about a month and it is already crapping out? I was wondering if anyone else uses the Muse-On and has had similar problems, and if so, is there any way to fix them? Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.
