Rb2 guitar controller

Why does this controller suck so bad..... a buddy of mine talked me into buying it and I researched it and everything but the comments on most sites about it are just a lot of bs. GHWT controller blows the RB2 controller out of the water so why does harmonix not just create a sturdier controller. This flimsy piece of crap they call a guitar can't handle much....

I hoped you learned a life long lesson. My guess is that you're used to the GH controller. If so, you really shouldn't use the rb controllers because the feel of the guitar and how it's played is different.

i agree with nfinite, when i first got rock band i thought the controller felt too awkward cause i was used to the gh guitar. now that i am used to the rock band guitar, i like it a lot more than the gh one especially since i started tapping some of the solos on the solo buttons. the guitar itself is longer and doesnt feel as sturdy, i can agree with that, but ive had mine since rb1 came out and its worked fine since (except for the wammy bar but i dont have a controller left that im not using the rubber band fix on). if you really hate it that much and dont want to get used to it just return it.

I have All the guitar hero's and rock band's except for metallica (if it's even out yet) and i grew up on guitar hero 2 for 2 years then got 3 a year later got rock band, i was totally used to the guitar hero controller so i played the rock band guitar (didn't know the controller would work for it) So I completely sucked... 60% of how I normally do, so now, I got rockband 2 and guitar hero 3 and world tour on the xbox, i just have a rockband drum set a rockband mic and a guitar hero guitar =)
