First of all, bemanistyle is the name of a website. Bemani is the name of the subdivision of Konami that makes these music games.

Secondly, no, there are no bemani games for the PS3, and I wouldn't expect there to be for some time, because the technology used to make the games doesn't need to be so advanced so that only the PS3 can play it. And since the amount of PS3's are (or at least were) limited, and especially since Bemani is such a niche-market, releasing games for the system would cut their audience by a substantial amount.

Actually if Konami is smart in the near future, they should put like all the IIDX's into one bigass collection, that would be sweet, or better yet, GF/DM.

See yaz bye.

UM... that's not smart. People will start buying only that game that has more songs on it. If Konami releases the next BM IIDX game, then it will have less songs. The reason ddr ex jp cs has more songs is because to keep customers from enjoying the game while waiting on ddr sn arcade.

So, the smartest thing the company can do is put upwards of 600 songs, several of which are licenses that they would have to pay the owners for again, and put every song onto a home console disc. I'm pretty sure there aren't any single discs that can hold so that much space. Even if something like this were to exist, it would cost hundreds of dollars, considering that an individual IIDX (or even Gitadora) release is approx. $65.

DDR Extreme was made saying that it would be the last DDR release in a while. The company didn't even know if any future AC releases would ever exist, so how could they expect to keep the customers waiting for something that they weren't even considering creating?
