You really think IIDX tops ITG, Pump, and GFDM?
While yeah, I'll vouch for DDR popularity in the US
(Pretty much every freaking arcade, bowling alley, mall, and movie theater has it)
I don't think there are even 100 IIDX machines in the United States.
For sure, I know there's exactly one in Nevada, a few in California, and a few more around the rest of the country, especially the east-side of the US.

While I'll see a pump machine as often as I see GF/DM, IIDX is nowhere near as common as ITG.

well we have a iidx 6th style but it's about 1:30 h from my house, so i don't know how many fans it have, but if we talk about music games i would say

PIU (i think the machines grows in threes be cause there's a lot of them)
DDR

we even have piu machines in my college, four of them.

ddr machines are limited to a place called world games, there is one almost in every important mall in the country
