DDR Utility can get steps/graphics from DDR AC (freeze notes are still screwed up, but it's relatively new. Give it time ) The rest has just been updated to work with new games such as Gold + Troopers CS and Troopers AC.

And since someone bumped this anyways, a couple things I noticed:
• BMUS - The MGS Main Theme video is corrupt once it's ripped. It's possible to manually repair it by using a header from any other video from BMUS and deleting all the corrupt data up until the first intact frame, but that will cut off the first 8 seconds or so of the video. I did manage to extract it using a different (non-Bemani-specific) program though.
• DJT CS - The video for 2 tribe 4 k doesn't get ripped.
