Best never-stepped techno song?

I've made quite a few simfiles, and I really want to make an awesome techno simfile. I just don't know many techno songs . Could you guys give me some ideas? I'd like it to have lots of potential:

*large note variety (definitely some 12 notes)
*obvious tempo shifts
*maybe if the end could gradually slow down that would also be good

Anyway, if you guys know anything like this, or close to this, I'd appreciate your comments.

Oh, and again, like the title says, I'd like it to have never been done before. Thanks guys!

You shouldn't worry about it being in the wrong spot. But its the second best choice, I suppose.

I don't know many techno songs either but I do know a lot of trance ones. Trance is very similar. DJ Scott Project's song O (Overdrive) is really good. I don't think it's been done before. It's around 8 minutes and has lots of tempo change.
