For the most part, in these freams I see an old 5-key beatmania machine and when I go up to it I don't have any money to play on it. When I did though, the screen was black and white and heavily pixelated. Whats strange is I remember playing D.A.N.C.E! on another and failing miserably because it had me hit all 5 keys at once and other weird crap.
Another time I was playing on the machine and Eternus from SN2 was on it. So I decide to play that and all of a sudden im typing a wikipedia article using the beatmania keys.
And then there was the time when I was in an arcade and I was playing 5-key and I said to myself, this sucks why can't I play with 7 keys? And this guy went up to me and said that's because our only 7-keyed controller has leopard skin on it.

Like, where I'm in some fucked up arcade where you have to climb like, a 50 foot ladder to get to a DDR machine. Fuckin' weird.

Otherwise, yes, I do happen of having dreamt of being faced with a DJ TROOPERS arcade... I also remember dreaming about being able to pass MAX300 Heavy without getting my legs screwed up. At that time I wasn't as good on DDR as I am now... Of course, that second dream came true

I don't know if the first one will eventually become true though...

Oh wow, hahaha.

Most of my dreams involve me finding and trying to play on really screwed up DDR machines, like one machine which used torn-up soft pads instead of metal ones.

I did have one dream once though where Konami made a new music game for the DS where you had to move the stylus up and down a vertical timing bar on the touchscreen to hit notes as they scrolled by from the right side of the screen to the left. Bizzare sideways keyboardmania, I guess.

Yeah, I have BEMANI dreams occasionally. Most involve DDR at the arcade (and I never actually get to play it), but a few are about IIDX. Most of those are about me getting inside a IIDX video.

Sometimes I dream that IIDX just keeps popping out failed mixes like RED, 10th, DD, and 8th, and beatmania 5k lives on dominant without overwhelming players with Anothers that just fuck around with the 7k charts and music that's actually good.

Sometimes I dream I'm dj Schala flying through the sky like in the Airflow video, and oldies jazz music plays like Airflow. Then I land in the Black Omen and djSana is in there and I cut her with a linoleum knife.

Sometimes I dream that Xepher is a real anime. Such a good dream.

Sometimes I dream about writing Shem x Nix slashfics, then committing suicide via autoerotic asphyxiation. I dislike those dreams heavily.

I have bemani dreams sometimes, but they usually just end up being really wierd and anoying. Like one I was in an airport arcade looking for iidx, no dice but there was a 5key that had stuff like Xepher, Mei, and sasoribi. :/

Or one where I tried playing a iidx red machine and to select a song you had to walk through a giant warehouse with big posters of each song hanging from the ceiling. To play it you pointed at one of the posters. XD

I had a dream I was playing so fabulous so fierce with my brother on the machine in my basement with my eyes closed; upon waking i realized i was actually doing a good portion of the steps correctly

i don't know why i had a dream where my eyes were closed, i have the dumbest dreams
