I have also never heard that, and I'd want to know if this is true or not.

Also, don't know if I posted in this specific thread, but the people I miss the most (in decreasing order of missing) are Hirofumi Sasaki, ASLETICS, Toshio Sakurai, and TaQ. RAM and PINK PONG finally came back to IIDX.

Wait, what happened to the vocalist from NRG Factory & TaQ? For TaQ, I knew he was in the hospital (where he got the name for Innocent Walls) & there's a weird music production note for Changes.

Colors -InPhase Mix- feels like the ultimate finale for TaQ to create songs in Bemani.

I wish it will be transplanted to IIDX though.

For me, definitely Taq indeed (for obvious reasons). I really reminisce about a revival of Outphase (which represent like the gods of BEMANI trance music).

I know that such won't be possible though if the impossible were to ever happen, then I'd be overjoyed in an instant.

So did TaQ leave Konami? The last songs he did was Changes & Innocent Walls in 10th Style. & Der Wald in Pop'n 13.

Edit: Interesting. It appears Reo Nagumo is back making music for rhythm games for iPhone & Wiiware. AND he's the CEO of a company called Yudo, who's making those rhythm games. So much for that "he's running a sushi restaurant" thing.

I just checked out Aero Synth. The song in the demo (iPhone version) is by someone called "Oriental Train," which I'm not sure if it's Reo Nagumo or not. It sounded kind of MIDI-quality but I'm not sure if it's just that song or if the entire game has low-quality music like that.

After you finish a song you get to rank in online. From there you get to view either the total ranking or the dairy ranking. Yes, the dairy ranking, not the daily ranking.

As for gameplay, it's basically your standard IIDX-style game. It doesn't appear that your timing has any effect on when the note's actually played, making it more like GH/RB in that respect than Bemani games. The notes scroll from right to left, so you have to hit everything with your left thumb, which can be awkward. I recommend just turning the phone sideways and using both thumbs to hit everything when they scroll to the bottom. Also, there's not very many animations, and it has the feeling of a budget game.

I still would like to know what happened to the vocalist from NRG Factory. I haven't heard any news about this & I can't find anything on Google.
