I'll start it off.
AKIRA YAMAOKA is like IIDX's Depeche Mode. Especially listening to MOON (Sun Remix), it sounds a lot like Depeche Mode's Remixes.
Mitsuto Suzuki is like IIDX's Matthew Dear. He has that same Micro House sound Matthew does, and even has a bit of a strange voice. Not as much as Matthew's, but still.
And TaQ was obviously IIDX's Chemical Brothers / Crystal Method. Listen to Voltage especially, sounds a lot like Block Rockin' Beats in general concept of the song.

About the last one, I'm not quite sure on that, although Scotty D previously worked on other Bemani games years ago (Pop'n Stage, Beatmania/Beatmania IIDX, etc.). Maybe it's more like Scott Dolph is DDR's McDonalds. | |

Mutsuhiko Izumi is like Ozzy Osbourne's guitarist/s. (or GFDM's McDonalds)
Kevin Vecchione is like Chester Bennington-- can sing properly, with or withour roars
Des-ROW UNITED is the whole Linkin Park. The music style is similar, even Setsujou danka sounds like a Linkin Park song.
I couldn't compare Asaki to anything. His music style is just unique. I don't even know an artist that plays the guitar like him. | |

BeForU is like JPop but you know, with Eurobeat thrown into the mix. I NEVER recall the Spice girls having, uh, Eurobeat in their music. Nor as many members as BeForU. And on top of that, they don't go by like... 'Sexy BeForuU' 'Saucy BeForU'.
Mutsuhiko Izumi sounds nothing like Rhodes. Nor does he sound anywhere near Sabbath/Osborne.
THIS ONE is the worst. Des-ROW NEVER sounded like Linkin Park. Linkin Park is Fusion, whereas Des-ROW is Punk (technically Bastard Rock). Des-ROW tends to stay away from Electronics, where Linkin park uses them in almost every song. They NEVER sound like Linkin Park dude. There are tons of other Rock bands that Rap too. Linkin park didn't start it.
Also Asaki is JRock. Visual Kei. TONS of band sound similar to him except for Asaki's voice.
So I guess he's GFDM's... Malice Mizer?

About on Izumi being Bemani's McDo
(lol I also have to agree with you that everyone's here were hungry... ), I think that "title" should belong to DJ Yoshitaka. Think about it, t7r!  You've noticed that lately he's been making songs for every available Bemani games, from Beatmania IIDX to Pop'n Music, right? So that was it! | |
