ULTRA HIGH-HEELS in IIDX originally debuted in pop'n music 5 as ウルトラハイヒール〜 I JUST WANNA TELL YOU! It's Taka's debut in pop'n music.

Beatmania IIDX 4th Style AC - September 28, 2000
Pop'n Music 5 AC - October 2000
According to that, a song that's in both (like, Ultra High Heels) would have been in 4th Style first. The best case scenario for PNM5 is 2 days later. So, exactly how did you come across your information?

Marketplace Rating: 1 | The New Songs information on the IIDX 4th style page. The first sentence on dj TAKA's comment is "ポップンミュージック5からの移植曲になります。" Which means "This is a transplant tune from pop'n music 5." I got the impression that it was for pop'n music rather than IIDX and somehow it got transplanted over.

D2R and Graduation are offsync in DDR EXTREME
Paranoia Survivor was intended to be in DDRMAX2 AC
Drivin' was to make it's DDR debut in Ultramix 3
Ultramix 3 incorrectly lists Akira Yamaoka as the original artist for Love This Feeling (ZONK remix) is U1
U1 will never compose songs for other Bemani games.
Ultramix 1 had What is Love in the default songlist in pre-release versions...
and the first Ultramix screens showed a theme similar to 4th mix.
There is no CS version of Beatmania III or beatmania 7th mix: Keepin' evolution (the BMIII append version is a favorite of mine..) or BM THE FINAL.
The old beatmania games (1st-3rd) were recorded in a New York Studio (says the cabinet marquees)...and had DJ KONAMI as the How To Play guide!
pop'n music, Guitar Freaks, and (maybe?) IIDX are seen in the movie "Lost in Translation" (With a Des-Row song -forgot which one- clearly heard when the japanese guy is playing pop'n...It appears in the movie's music credits.)
Once BeForU NEXT was formed, all of their songs made from that point in DDR don't use the original BeForU logo in the song banners.
That's about it... | |

Marketplace Rating: 0 | -Only DDR 6th Mix had no PARANOiA, not even in the CS version.
-DDR Extreme US's first screens had the theme of DDR Extreme JP.
-Ever since DDR's debut in the US, the games didn't use the 1st, 2nd, 5th, Extreme and Party Collection themes.
-In Japan, Firefly (6th) showed up first before BREAK DOWN! (7th)
In the US, BREAK DOWN! (MAX2) showed up first before Firefly (EX1).
-Tsuminagara...to kanojo waifu and MONSTER TREE were originally set for GFDM Masterpiece Silver.
-Himawari and Baby's Tears are the only two songs without Riyu Kosaka's name written in Japanese characters. (the former being RIYU from BeForU and the latter being MIKI ROBERTS)
-Tsuminagara is written in the Masterpiece Gold booklet as a song that can be found in Asaki's album "Shinkyoku". After all, it isn't even in the album.
-Des-ROW's album isn't being promoted in the Masterpiece Gold booklet, however, "too late two", which is in the game, is also in the album.
Someone told me this one, it may be misunderstood:
-Reiji Sakurai auditioned to be a member of BeForU. o_0

Marketplace Rating: 1 | There were two contests running simultaneously - one for the BeForU Next members and one for just vocalists. The one for vocalists (male and female) was the one where Reiji Sakurai and Kanako Hoshino auditioned and consequently won.

Also, Nageki No Ki is the only song from the boss rush of DistorteD that wasn't on the soundtrack.
