DDR Extreme isn't the 8th Mix.

Extreme was built by taking Max 2's theme and making new images over it.

DDR MAX AC was ment to have songs from the old mixes but didn't in the final.

Almost all early bemani games were tested in the US under different names.

There really is only 3 offical arcade DDR mixes in the USA, the rest are bootlegs.

There are more than 2100 DDR machines and with over 25% in California.

There was a DDR karaoke machine made but only 2 were made and they still are in use in Japan. They really can have up to 2000 songs but the owner must upload them and add lyrics, the game auto-gen's steps.

DDR EXTREME US was ment to have the AC theme but was changed for unknown reasons.

DDR EXTREME runs on 1 CD but some bootleg versions run on 2.

That's not completely right. ORION.78 (AMeuro-mix) was also a cata that moved at 100 BPM and premiered in 4th Mix.

Orion .78 ~AMeuro mix is 105 BPM. My Summer Love is 100.

My Summer Love also debuted in DDR 4th MIX.

Btw, GFdm V was the first-ever GFdm mix that Asaki made songs whose normal BSC levels are under 30.

You Can't Do It if You Try --> 22 (GF normal); 29 (dm)

V2 was his first-ever to make a long song whose BSC was under 40.

Hotaru --> 21 (GF); 32 (dm)

Yeah, but 105 BPM is still technically "slow", so my point stands. And yeah, I knew that My Summer Love also premiered on 4th, but that was understood. I was just trying to point out that it wasn't the only one.

HORIZON is not Happy Hardcore. I'll have to go search which genre it really is again, no matter WHAT IIDX says, that's not Happy X___X

Oh, and EeL's worked outside of TOMOSUKE are RADICALLY different. With TOMOSUKE she makes Light Fluffy Ambientpop. Without him her songs sound exactly like her song 777 from GFDM, which is totally awesome.

I also found it interesting that HORIZON was regarded as Happy Hardcore according to IIDX genre. When I found that out, I started to notice that it indeed uses the happy hardcore type sound, but the song is in a minor key so it fools us.

Max300's "18 spikes, 18 pains" motto comes from the numbers of distinctive beats in the first 2 measures of the song.
Also it has a 573 max combo but duh everyone knows that.
Also 2 things I've learned and enjoyed: Akira Yamaoka did DANCER (as DE VOL), and Tomosuke is Orange Lounge (with the singer Shizue Tokui).

1. Beethoven is the most-remixed classical artist in DDR history.

2. The 1st-time ever U1 made an AC DDR song was all the way back in DDR 2nd Mix. His composition was "Make a Jam!" Meanwhile, SN was the first time Sota and Shoichiro Hirata did an AC DDR song.

I can only think of two (End of the Century, Speed Over Beethoven), so tell me what else you know. And I don't play much PIU, but from what I'm guessing, Banya by himself probably made more Beethoven remixes than everything on DDR.
