Anyway: my baddest vocalist choice... not the one who did Ready to Rockit Blues, not that sleepy voice from Cosmic Raise, not any of the BeForU members... but Erika Mochizuki, who could have been a bit better if she could at least make a little bit of effort in English. I couldn't get anything of what she said in the English version of pandora by TAKA.

I discovered that I now hate the random chick who sang INJECTION OF LOVE's english version. She managed to a completely good song.

This stigma is so strong that I'm reluctant to admit that those 2 songs are actually pleasant to listen to although still just a bit jarring to the ears. But I don't think they sound better simply because she's singing in Japanese, but maybe because she's also singing at a lower range without getting into that annoying style as much (she gets squeaky during the chorus in that first song, but hmm, maybe that style does seem to work better in Japanese rather than Engrish).
Oh yeah, and that fat trumpet dude totally made my day.

She definitely doesn't sound nasally there, but it may have been modified, although I still do hear a tiny bit of nasal. And I DEFINITELY hear it in short version. Just listen to an autoplay or something, just not while playing. It is quite obvious I think throughout. I don't think it completely ruins a song, it's just a bit of a gripe at first.

And I do listen to the short version in the OST sometimes, so I'm just concluding that my definition of nasal is a bit different than yours :P.
Does anyone know who sang CLOUDY MUSIC by the way?
