Total Tokens: 10,052.95 Donate Tokens | You'll Know You're Addicted To Bemani 1. Your Winamp/iTunes as well as you Last FM/Imeem playlists are OST's from most Bemani games.
2. Your arcade money is mostly spent on Bemani related games (including ITG even though it's by RoXoR).
3. You can easily tell what BPM is the song played as well as its tempo shifts.
4. You have a DDR/ITG team.
5. You have a GF&DM group that loves to arcade spam.
6. You have a band covering GF&DM songs.
7. You love to cover GF&DM songs as well as adding guitar parts in DDR/IIDX songs too!
8. You see arrows or notes all the time when you're bored.
9. You see arrows or notes in a multiple choice answer sheet during your exams.
10. You see arrows or notes on the tiles of the floor you're walking or standing.
11. You would go to some designated malls with the Bemani machine you prefer playing most.
12. You compare Mutsuhiko Izumi, Kozo Nakamura, Jin Senbonmatsu, and 96 to Yngwie Malmsteen, Alexi Laiho, John Petrucci or Michael Romeo.
13. You prefer Eurobeat, J-Happy Hardcore or Rave over generic techno, trance or house.
14. You are dying to see most DJ's from DDR/IIDX playing live rather than Tiesto, Kaskade or Armin Van Buuren.
15. You started building your stamina like hell.
16. You started creating hi-quality keyboard simfiles which are good for pad play.
17. You include Asaki in your Visual Kei favorites.
18. You also include BeForU and TЁЯRA in your J-Pop list.
19. You also started listening to J-music after playing Bemani related games if you're still new to the genre.
20. You would watch The Gitado Live rather than going to Wacken, Tuska, or Download Festival.
I'm not sure if there's a similar thread to this but please share your ideas.

I'd love to go to one of those live events (like Gitado Live). & the only reason I'd learn to play the guitar or drums is so I could actually play GF/DM songs on a real guitar/drum & post them on YouTube. | |

I did always wonder what a death metal track on IIDX would be like...

Well I may not be able to give a definite answer to that.
Though if I were to give some examples, here are the songs that would suit your query (or at least some part of it):
-Rage Against Usual
-Fake Time
-Double Thrash
Atm, I can't think of other examples.
Though I hope this gives you some kind of idea (at least) on this issue.
Hehe hope that helped (even just a bit)

1. You set up playlists in your iPod according to a group of boss songs. (eg. Cardinal Gate, Military Splash)
2. You have at least 30 songs from a certain Bemani game in your iPod.
3. You imagine the Suzaku sound in almost every song.
4. You do the Anisakis/ MENDES snare beats while listening to some songs.
5. You sing while playing. (I don't do that)
6. You are able to copy Riyu's squeaky voice. (I can hardly do that)
7. You can copy Asaki's singing voice (I can do that)
8. You feel like worshipping Bemani artists because of their awesome stuff. (lol Asaki )
9. You have all of a certain Bemani artists's songs (again, lol Asaki)
10. You think sonic-coll. is Naoki.
