Hold on, do you mean to say that Ocean and ric are the same person? I heard that the bitmania/Space Fight/昭和企業戦士荒山課長 singer is a different person than the RISLIM/in my eyes/Empty of the Sky singer. I'll admit that I got this from a secondary source though (one of the mods told me). Those two voices sound completely different to me too.

I still believe that ric, riewo, and ocean are one. Come on, it's so easy to "modify" your own singing voice. Listen very well to the ones that are "sung" by "ric" or "riewo" to the ones by "Ocean".

I definitely wouldn't put that possibility out of question, but when I usually compare modified voices to each other, I try to look at timbre and singing style. I'll admit that the ocean voice has similar timbre to the ric/riewo voice as they're both mellow, but the Ocean voice still makes me cringe in contrast to the ric/riewo voice. It also kind of creeps me out to think that ric/riewo can use the same singing style as that of April Fool no Uta. There are also people in the world whose normal voice is as high as Ocean's. Then again, I'm sure you're more accustomed to Yamaoka's songs than I am, and maybe that's why her/their identities are so secretive. Do you at least have a source?

No. In fact, I'm still looking for info. Those were just mere speculations. Like everybody else, I still have no idea who are these "ric", "riewo", and "Ocean" are. But, then again, like you've noticed before, these, um, "singers" have similar timbre and stylings, only with different pitches, so they have a possibility that these are one.

HAH so true. It shows in his video he's tryin to look really tough and revolutionary too so the voice fits well with it!

Hm, well, it has robotic-sounding "vocals", but it wasn't about those giant robot/tokusatsu stuff, like Dim wanted it to be. I meant to say, he should create stuff just like Odoru Fever Robo from pop'n 14.
