I was by myself at "akihabara JAM" for my birthday party, and a fairy-moe gave me an omuraisu (omelet with rice filling) that had SIYUNA drawn on it (sad)

in connection with BeForU:

Nao Komatsu is becoming a disaster.
before I knew it, the COVER GIRLS website closed,
so AYA and ALiCE have tried to switch to a similar place to replace the site.

on that replacement site, even though the future of the company (COVER GIRLS) is unclear, Nao's name is gone.

Er, I don't think that's a message from Naoki. I saw the link on beat+WINGS where that was taken from, and it's just from some random blogger. I know it ends with "wow, NAOKI" but I don't think that's him signing the post.

Yes as i mentioned on beat+WINGS, that was taken from some random website i found by searching Shiyuna's name on Google JP, it's from 2008, Shiyuna will be turning 30 this year on the same day as my bday.

I only read the past few pages but I have a question. What is the exact reason BeForU is getting removed from so many Bemani games? The only one remaining in GFDMV6 is Strike Party and I miss songs like Scenario and Blackout.

Some think it has to do with licensing issues with Avex. However, BeForU's last album wasn't under Avex, it was under Gambit, so I don't know how relevant that really is. We've never been given an actual reason, so all that really exists are theories.

It's confusing, because a few BeForU songs remain in Bemani games, like Chikara.

I think either it was Avex, Stillwind's influence in DDRX, or contracts ending.

I guess the last remaining BeforU songs will get cut soon in the next releases... Sad, because I really enjoyed all of their songs... =(

Also for Riyu, is she planning to release an album soon? Or even a new single? 'Cause her carrer seems to have gone dry...

There have been rumors about a new Riyu album for a looong time.

Also, X2 is said to have revivals, so maybe we will get BeForU songs back? wishful thinking?

We can hope, but sadly, I don't think it will happen... Baby's Tears Sky Girls Opening Theme version has only been in SN2, they should give it a longer life!
