Default Bus Stop

I was always sort of wondering, where in the world is Bus Stop? What happened to them?

I believe they've been pretty dead for now. Maybe we'll see more of them in the future?

The only major song I remember from them is Kick the Can.
Good times...

Part of Bus Stop is in Spacekats on ITG.

Don't know much about them besides that.

The only good thing Bus Stop ever did was that Long Train Runnin' remix imo.

Holy shit it wasn't just me thinking that.

Although I never heard this "Jump" they were supposed to have done for the DDR beta. Maybe it was removed for being too good for their standards.

Um... I absolutely love Bus Stop. Their music is good times. Didn't anyone notice that it was their version of Kung Fu Fighting (from DDR 1st mix) at the end of Shaolin Soccer? (I'm pretty SURE it was Shaolin Soccer)...

Yeah, that part of Bus Stop is Daz Simpson. If you search for "Spacekats" on Wikipedia, the top entry is Daz Simpson (though it doesn't mention Spacekats in the article at all ) There is also more information about Bus Stop here.

I like Long Train Runnin' But In Supernova Long Train Runnin' is composed by X-treme which I don't like the beat .

He switched aliases. He goes by "DJ Daz" or something like that now.

I know for a fact that one version of Kung Fu Fighting was used in the advertisement for Shaolin Soccer, but I don't know if it was the Bus Stop version. From what I remember, they were both very similar, just the Bus Stop had the standard rapping segment in it.

Bus Stop I think was Daz and Flip & Fill, Daz left, and Bus Stop isn't active anymore I believe, and in Japan Bus Stop is now (as well as all of All Around The World) an Avex artist and no longer with Toshiba EMI

some of the VanHalen Bus Stop covers are actually pretty good, despite how cheesy that sounds...
