I don't think it is, I think it just looks similar to Vasquez's art style, but I could be wrong, but the DENPA vid link, aren't those REDALiCE's songs?

One of them is IOSYS, the other one is REDALiCE. He only played two of his own songs, one of which is a remix of mixi no uta and the other one is Ubume. The playlist he did that night is here: Hardcore Technorch: DENPA!!! DJ TECHNORCH Play List
