Uh, I would stick to calling him an IIDX/pop'n artist. Calling him anything else would be sorta like calling dj TAKA a DDR artist. :P

He's an overall BEMANI artist.

That seems reasonable enough.. :P

So I just took a good listen to the male vocalist in 晴香-HARUKA- and concluded that it's definitely Yoshitaka (with SUN/光線 as my reference point). However, I'm still a bit uncertain as to whether it's him or not in Endless Summer Story. The voice there uses a higher range, which is probably why it's hard to tell, but he definitely has Yoshitaka's vibrato and maybe his husky timbre.

I just managed to get a listen to the pop'n 15 OST and I am in love with ウィーアー! (It does not help that I think Yoshi-kun would make an adorable pirate. :/)

Speaking of that cover of We Are! (the 1st opening theme for the One Piece anime, not TËЯRA's song in GFDM, guys), is Yoshi-kun really did the vocals for that? Or he did just covered the music?

Seem like, but I'm not quite sure if it's his voice.

I'm not quite sure if he sang at We Are!, but I'm pretty sure Yoshi-kun did sing in Odoru Fever Robo.

I caved in and finally listened to the line-out for 'Vem brincar'. As similar to INFERNO it is, I am enjoying this song greatly.
Hmm...
D.A.N.C.E! + INFERNO + こっちを向いてよ -midnight jazzin' mix- = Vem brincar???

Vem brincar is like a cut version of INFERNO to me. Heck, it still sounds good. I love the bass drums of the song. They're heavy enough.

Well, considering vam brincar was composed by Yoshitaka + Tomosuke, also under the Pseudonym of Caldeira, it's no wonder it'd sound similar..

Did DJ YOSHITAKA collaborte with Asaki in "Darling my Luv"? In the comments, I see "A.S.A.K.I" written all over it.

Question:

Who is the vocalist that Yoshitaka uses for the Captivate series songs???

In short: WHO IS A/I???

Some say that it's a voice from HAL (the sound group best known for the ending song of Angelic Layer) others say that it's from Yoshitaka's sound library.

Who is A/I really? (wikipedia says nothing as well)

Nobody knows. Yoshitaka isn't telling anybody who A/I and whoever A/I is isn't certainly coming out and saying who they are.
