Interesting things about Jun Wakita:

-Taka and Jun are very close friends and occasional rivals
-There was a point were Jun gave up on creating music
-Taka was the one that scolded and encouraged Jun to stay it was then that " I remembered my dream of making music"
-Taka is in awe at wac's music and envy's him.

-Virkato Wakhmaninov is a fictional character believed to be based upon Sergei Rachmaninov who actually exsisted. Ravhmaninov's Piano Concerto No.2 in C-minor and Virkato's Piano Concerto No.1 have very similar styles.

-Ganymede is rumored to be credited by wac.
-"In William Shakespeare's play As You Like It, the character Rosalind disguises herself as a deceitful boy named Ganymede. The song's odd speed (plus its changes) and its deceitful note chart may be an homage to the play."

-On Pop'n Music 11 when The Irritable Great White Horse is being played, the character that is on-screen is actually Tino who is a person riding on a white horse. This is the explanation to why on DDR SuperNOVA the song is called Tino's White Horse as opposed to The Irritable Great White Horse.

*more to come later*

Questions:

-For the sake of clarification, isn't Nightmare Carousel the genre to a really long song name in Japanese?

-What does this say: Vairocana (五条式改) - Reven-G改との合作 ----does he work with Naoki?

-as well as this: hora de verdad (Vandalusia改) - Vandalusia改(客席に向かって左側)との合作 ----I think Ryu* works with wac on this one because when I click the artist on that link you posted it takes me to Ryu*'s work

-and last translation: 麻雀格闘倶楽部特別接続曲(麻雀格闘倶楽部 ) ---cuz apparently wac, Tatsh, Tomosuke, Kozo Nakamura and Y.T (?) all worked on this.

-Is there a song wac actually uses the alias "wac" for?

edit: Nevermind about 麻雀格闘倶楽部特別接続曲(麻雀格闘倶楽部 ) apparently it translates to Mah-Jong Fight Club Tokubetsu Setzukou Kyoku and its by Mah-Jong Fight Club (wac, Tatsh, Tomosuke...)

as much as I would love to say "THIS SONG IS FREAKIN AMAZING!!!" Its actually kind of weird o_0

Well, I don't really know much about him, but one thing that I noticed is that his IIDX songs in non-hyper/7key difficulties tend to sound different. I also must admit that pretty much every one of his songs are fun to play on hyper and above...as hard as they are.

He's also one of the big Bemani artists that has yet to release an album, so we can only wait I guess.

To verify the question 1:
Because of the the theme of the carnival; a warped rhapsody for the puppet
or カーニバルの主題による人形のためのいびつな狂想曲 is that song yes.

He collabed with RevenG to make Vaiconia and with Ryu* to make hora de verdad. Which would mean RevenG made two of the cybers
and so far; no song has been credited as Wac. As far as i know. They mention a Wac credit in the Tangerline remix.

This article also marks that Wac organized the GiraGira Megane Group (pop'n ron/Ryoran hit Charts folks).

wac is also virkato. (guy who did Scorpion Fire/ Anti-Ares)

I wonder what it says in the info about Anti-Ares in the wiki page... Dunno why there's additional info of the song.

LOL I thought of making a thread like this, under the title "The wacky wac thread."

The only time I've seen him use the "wac" alias is in Votum Stellarum where it is credited to iconoclasm (dj TAKA/wac). At least to my knowledge, that was the only time I've ever seen it used.

I really like ANTI-ARES and Votum stellarum. I'm a sucker for wac's piano.

Well, it's from GFdm V and he uses the name of the vocalist, who is Toki Asako (土岐麻子).

I thought wac was also Waldeus von Dovjak, of pop'n music's Classic series fame?

If not, I don't mean to be off topic, but who is?

Kaneda Junichiro is what i got. But i don't know who that is!
He appears as a Sound Director for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles games. Kinda like Izumi was.
who apperently is J-kane. (makes sense i guess...)
