My comments on ANOTHER SENSE:

星をこの手に(Long Version): I wasn't too thrilled with the GOLD version, but the little extra things in this version made it decent for me. There's room for it to grow on me as well.

D.A.N.C.E!(ANOTHER SENSE EDITION): Of the (I believe) six versions of this song, I would say that this is my favorite of them all. It reminds me of Bad Routine in places. By the way, the TOMOSUKE and Yasuhiro Abe versions didn't sound remotely like Love Bug either.

月光(ANOTHER SENSE EDITION): I still prefer the original, but this is a beautiful song. It seems appropriate to listen to when you're up late at night alone or with a loved one under the moonlight. Then again, maybe I like it because I'm getting old, much the same reason why I like cosmos. And actually, it's the same speed as the original version; I guess it just fools people without the presence of high speed euro-type sounds.

INFERNO(ANOTHER SENSE EDITION): I actually liked this version more than the original. There's something fresh and cool about it. Not much else to say I suppose.

太陽～T・A・I・Y・O～(ANOTHER SENSE EDITION): I'm actually not surprised that this didn't exceed my opinions on the original (album version), but that's because the original is one of my favorite Bemani songs ever. I think this version's pretty good, but I think it actually could have been better. Also, I don't know why, but that guitar didn't seem like Naoki to me.

Oh, Hoshi wo Kono Te ni was there! Hm, Another Sense was a must listen!

Ok, to me the DANCE! and INFERNO remixes were too generic-trancey sounding. It's probably just me, but I definitely prefer the originals (I especially miss the latin influences from INFERNO, I feel that they're sorely missed here...) Gekkou I never imagined as a ballad, but once I heard it, I felt the perfection of this version. TAIYO-- I've never been one to prefer guitar over trancey stuff, and the version from EEOTS was already perfect to me. Hoshi wo Kono Te ni (I think that's the other song ?) I really like, and I don't I ever listened to the GOLD cut, so... whoop dee doo

Hm, the original to me was too imperfect. The little Naoki sounds (yup thats what I call em!) on the chorus drowned out Hoshi's voice, or at least drew attention away from it. That always kinda bugged me. The mini-album version improved on everything that I felt needed to be improved; it's the perfect song.

And yeah, that guitar wasn't cool enough to be Naoki...

Yeah, I was actually referring to the mini-album version (or were you just agreeing with me?). Anyway, I'm in complete agreement that the IIDX RED version of TAIYO sounds really wimpy in comparison. The same goes with REGRET.

I'm just looking at her blog right now, and in this entry she's singing Tashikanamono acapella, it's really pretty! Also, in this entry she mentions that there's a full version of the Hoshi wo Kono te ni video on Konami Music Full... aw, I want to see it...

Hakugen is an amazingly powerful sounding song (I dunno what the words are, so I'm not sure if it's moving in that sense). Listen to that.

And Hello Again can be funny on some levels, but that's a great song too.
