Misplaced songs in Bemani?

Ok, I'm willing to admit that CHASH! is thrashy-bashy for DDR standards; likewise go to IIDX's KEY, memories, Tashikanamono, and the Hyper J-Pop series.

On GFdm, I think Boogie Train '03 is too much pop, too little rock.

Has anyone felt something like this toward any particular song?

Ugh... "Saints Go Marching In (Remix)" is the most annoying piece of crap I ave ever heard in my life. I agree ith you that CRASH! was a bad idea.

Actually, I don't have an issue with any song being in any game, as I'm all for variety. This doesn't mean that I have to like them, though.

Gotta get my groove on in pop'n music 6. It's not a good pop'n song, but it doesn't have enough zing to be in IIDX. It's a generally pointless song, and I'm one of the few who even remembers it, I bet.

Also, I always thought Butapunch's stuff should've been in Guitar Freaks / drummania at one point.

Yeah but stuff like I'll Make Love To You on SN shouldn't have a place on ANY game.

Again, variety. One man's trash is another man's treasure. If there's even one person out there that likes the fact that said song is in the game, it has earned its spot, regardless of what the majority might think. If anything it serves as a decent enough warmup/cooldown/break/transition song, at the very least. Also, to add to that I'm of the opinion that I'll Make Love To You" would be fine in a dating/karaoke game.

I'd be embarrassed singing that song, period. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I can't sing well to save my life, but my point stands.

Double Thrash is GFdm-material, not IIDX.
Mint Candy * Citrus Drop has that PoMu feel.
