It's a Tokimeki Memorial Single by Yuuichi Ooura; those two songs (Wish and Days) are from Tokimeki (well, at least Wish is from Tokimeki)

In the cover of the single appears a guy from Tokimeki Memorial

EDIT: Neither of those songs are from Tokimeki XD, but the Single is from Tokimeki (the song that acctually appear in the Tokimeki Game is Stay):
