im unfamiliar with the popn songlists, and i was just taking a wild guess that its from there. is this correct?

its quite a nice song btw. has Mr. Hirata would release an album of any sorts?

SSL is from the arcade version of pop'n music 7. Yumi Kawamura does the vocals for that song. She also did another song in pop'n music 8 with Shochiro Hirata called Can't Stop My Love, which is a R&B song.

Shochiro Hirata has yet to produce an album AFAIK, but he's been on the OST of several IIDX games (4th-9th).
