Given the relatively cheap pricing of less than 20 American dollars (shipping included) plus the fact that it has 13 tracks, I guess it sold out pretty quickly.

I got news recently that the album has been delayed for a few weeks due to a manufacturing error, which sucks. I believe that amazon will be providing digital distribution of this soon. I don't know the exact date though. Doki Doki should appear on amazon and itunes soon though. On the main site right now theres a free download of the first track from Party Around the World, Doki Doki, as an apology for the delay.
The actual album should be back on track for being out in 2-3 weeks though. I myself can't wait to get an actual copy of it, heh.

It looks like this "iTunes Plus" feature you speak of.......is not available in my country.
I too might've considered buying.........but I didn't want in CD form.
Oh well, guess I have to wait a little longer then.
