I'm with Pepe. It's not like Platonic-XXX wasn't better than it's source material - it's that it didn't do enough to change it.
The same applies as to why I like Red ZOne better than Deep Roar. Red Zone is a complete refit of the Speed Rave mantra ala B4U - while Deep Roar sounds way too much like it's source material. It's like they played with the song and really did nothing to evolve it.

Wait, Tougen Emaki was Tatsh? That's one of my favourite songs from pop'n music Carnival, I love the Asian Mixture-ness of it. It reminded me of Hana Ranman -Flowers- by TERRA.

Holy shit. These pictures were taken from the event in Velfarre. Basically, if you sent a postcard to the address at the bottom, you stood a chance of getting one of the photos of the artist of your choice from that event complete with their signature. This was konami's Christmas present to it's fans who supported them.
And I want the Naoki one. Seriously.

Wow. Interesting. Nice find. This is kind of weird considering that platoniX and Tomomi has done pretty much nothing DDR related (or at all as far as I know). I'm also pretty sure that the latter as well as Caramel S. has only done like one song. So does anyone know when this Velfarre event took place? I'm guessing a little after 10th style came out (February 2004) when Tomomi and I suppose Miho were still around? | |

With Shoichiro Hirata...
