『termination』 is sung by Yuuko Imai , it isn't sung by Kanako Hoshino (I dont know why but I hate her, but I like some of her songs )

On the other side I dont like platoniX so much, but they works with BeForU time ago.
In the first album Tatsh and Junko were the vocal recorder engineer and vocal direction, respectively, in song like Chikara, DIVE, Himawari, LOVE SHINE, BREAK DOWN!, Firefly, shining, SHOOTING STAR, true... (2003), GRADUATION (unplugged), in other words the NAOKI side
And jun was the mixing engineer in Chikara, BREAK DOWN! and shining, in other words the LIVE BAND style songs

ah, okay, thanks reiji, nilmind. It's just... You see the kanji for "ko" and instantly think it's Kanako. Or at least that's how I work.

Still, that's what I was thinking, nilmind. So, if it really WAS kanako... TIME PARADOX!

Wow. That's amazing, because the LIVE BAND style songs were among the best songs on the album. That's saying a lot, considering that BeForU (I) is probably the greatest BeForU album ever.

That's quite likely as they've only had two real albums so far (I, by the way, liked the second one the best). Perhaps one reason why a platoniX album hasn't been announced may be that both Tatsh and Hirata are both secretly involved with and swamped with all the new BeForU singles they have to work with.

I thought it's because PlatoniX is no more? From DistorteD onwards, they were referred to as "Tatsh feat. Hirata Junko..."

I wondered about that actually. Why Tatsh feat. Hirata Junko all of a sudden? Maybe less involvement on the part of Junko? Or maybe it's a way of putting more spotlight on the individual members if they were referred to separately? Or maybe platoniX really is gone.

I still have hope that the Tatsh feat. Hirata Junko is a temporary thing...

Even in IIDX RED CS, Love Again... is by Tatsh feat. Junko Hirata. Aww, and platoniX is such a nice looking name. Let's all pray to the NAOKI god that platoniX will return.

Sorta off-topic: If there were a platoniX album, I'd like to hear a Jun H. rendition of Gekkou.

Actually, that's only because the "platoniX" moniker is usually reserved for more high-energy stuff like J-Trance and Eurobeat (with the exception of course, being platonix-XXX). The "Tatsh feat. Junko Hirata" stuff on the other hand, is reserved for Pop, Rock, Ballads and the like, or so I believe.

Oh, and to nihlmind: When I said "the greatest BeForU album ever", I was also including begin, and all the other BeForU singles/concerts. Sorry I wasn't more clear there.

Hm. That does sound plausible. But I thought about Under the Sky and was wondering why it was under the platoniX for a minute and thought "Wait a minute, that sounds J-popish to me." until I checked the genre and it was J-EUROTRANCE. And it even says that on the video. XD *hits self on the head*

Eh, platoniX or "Tatsh feat. Junko Hirata," it's still the same people, right? Plus, I've always wondered what Tatsh was talking about in the song info for Don't Be Afraid Myself:

"platoniX has changed its membership from its original lineup; it's now a two-member unit consisting of myself and the vocalist Junko Hirata." *from remywiki

It appears that this sentence implies that there may have been more than two people at least before IIDX RED came out, unless that's just a bad translation.

No, that's a pretty accurate translation. Naoki was involved in PlatoniX at its conception, I think.

Well, platoniX was definitely a three member outfit as of IIDX 10th, but I'm not sure if the third member was Naoki or another vocalist. I've heard reports of both, really, but whatever.

reiji, you're my hero. I'll sacrifice lambs for you (where did you get that by the way?). I think it sounds just as good as the Kanako version too. Perhaps they should do a duet. Now what, is there a TĖЯRA version of TAIYO?

Hmm, that actually makes a lot of sense since they used the Secret Rendezvous tune in 10th. So if they kept that name, the artist for DEEP ROAR would be old platoniX, huh. And back then, I guess they were one jun short from being TĖЯRoniX or something.
