I've listened to and played all the newer IIDX series, O2Jam, DJmax, DDR. In the process of discovering all of this music, one artist in particular has really stood out for me. Anyway I was curious what you think of his musical style. I believe he deserves alot more recognition...
As an example you should get this free mp3 from an amateur music site, I dug this up in my attempts to find more material by Tsukasa. Although this is perhaps 4 years old. http://www.muzie.co.jp/download/1172...219/proton.mp3
I've also collected his newer material that is available... But there are so many older tunes he did that I've heard samples of. Is anyone holding on to some old tsukasa stuff? Sound OnlineFWorks

Even if I can't understand fully what the site was (since I don't understand Japanese and heck my PC doesn't have Jap language support yet), I'd have to take a guess that he has done at least one song for DJMAX (if I understood it right). Quote:

Quite interesting
I guess I'll take note of that.
Granted, I don't think he has produced anything for BEMANI yet (no?)

Well in any case
If possible, then he should try producing some stuff for BEMANI for a change (assuming circumstances permit him to do so).
It would be fun to hear some new stuff from artists that have just been 'newly-born' in BEMANI.
That would be quite neat if you ask me

That said though, kors k got his start remixing J-Pop, so who knows? I guess there was always a bit of a chance.
As for TSUKASA making it into Bemani, who knows? I know L.E.D. takes an active interest in the J-Core scene (and is probably responsible for M-Project, GUHROOVY, DJ CHUCKY, and DJ Technorch making appearances in Bemani products), but historically speaking, his primary association appears to be with GUHROOVY Records. Last I checked, TSUKASA isn't associated with the label, but never say never, right? Konami periodically holds musicianship trials, so he might get a chance yet. Or he might get lucky and be discovered even sooner.

So in short, the possibility could still be there (if ever he decides to push through)?

Well I too almost had the same notion (after browsing through his personal website for a bit).
But yeah
I guess we can't be sure just yet.

From what I've heard about Tsukasa and quite a few other people, they're firmly intent on staying as doujin artists and like composing on their own pace and such. (Like syatten and onoken, for example.)
