Xepher is not FROM any such anime and the video you saw was most likely a fan-made video which muxed the audio in Xepher with F/SN scenes.

It's safe to say that this topic is dead - even after a 3 month revival. Mods?

Also, there is no long version, where did you get that idea from?

There is a "full" version to the song, but it was fan-made and it also does really sound like it was composed for an OST or something. I know it wasn't by Tatsh though. It uses the voice sample from Xepher 1.01 and DOL, I think.

If it was a fan mix then it does not count as a full version. Rather it counts as a fan mix.
