Mei. It's because of the awesomeness of Dj Taka and Tatsh (or Amuro and Killer) collaborating for this song and this is the only song that Tatsh has in the OMES state. (he might have more if he didn't left BEMANI though.) Plus this is the 1st song with the highest note count and the hardest of all anothers before Nageki no Ki and others came into existence.
