EDIT: Lion is TAKA for me. There are parts there that remind me of AA and quell -the seventh slave-.

These monster songs are quite perplexing. Maybe they're artists trying to imitate the styles of other artists.

The first half of 'four pieces of heaven' really sounds like SLAKE to me, then as the piano kicks in, it sounds just like TAKA.

Do it!! Do it!! sounds like either Ryu* or someone trying to imitate Ryu*. The "sea port" sounds remind me a bit of THE SAFARI -Ryu*Remix-. Perhaps Sota?

When I hear ICARUS, it just screams kors k to me. Well the percussion could also be L.E.D...

STEEL NEEDLE is very L.E.D. The drums used sound a lot like the second half of 'tripping contact -original mix- from kors k/teranoid, though.

MENDES is Yoshitaka or Taka. Who else could it be?

Adding another hint: Despite "four pieces of heaven" sounding crappy and all that, none of them is Slake.

Anyway, I think I may switch Eagle to kors k. ICARUS somewhat reminds me of tripping contact.

Scorpion seems unknown to me if I make that move. L.E.D's music sounds nothing like that in STEEL NEEDLE, unless someone could post a song of L.E.D's that sounds like it.

To make a long story short, kors k or L.E.D. may be either Eagle or Scorpion.

I'm with those who think that Humanoid = TAKA & YOSHITAKA. The first part of the song sounds very Nageki-like, and the later part (after the breaks with the piano triplets) does remind me of CaptivAte's style.

I'm gonna try to find the other songs so I can give my opinion about the other four.

Well IIRC, SLAKE (Takehiko Fuji) isn't on the ending credits of DJT...

So I guess that's a clue that he's not one of the composers of the monster songs...

Lion would be probably TAKA, since it reminds me of Mei a lot.

Kraken : possibly L.E.D., cos the guy has it for putting vocal samples in a great majority of his works.
Lion : TAKA, if you take in mind the part after the break with the piano melody... although the DnB part at the beginning doesn't sound very TAKA-ish to me.
Scorpion and Eagle... I have no one in mind right now (except that the scorpion and the eagle just remind me of Command and Conquer's NOD and GDI factions ^_^)

And a fun fact for the road: MENDES has even been nicknamed "Nageki no CaptivAte" on YouTube. ^_^

Concurring that. Icarus reminds me a lot of kors k's stuff in various Teranoid albums.

For Kraken, my guess it would be either Ryu* or even Naoki lol. It reminds me of the MAX songs somehow.

I'm kinda confused at Lion. I have to agree with Digi379 that the d-'n-b part doesn't sound like it was did by Taka. It sounds a lot like Scream Squad, which is by Slake (under the "CALF" pesudonym).

Since you've asked, it is probably by L.E.D. It's quite similar to Acid Vision.

Hmmm... I think MEI's d'n'b part was done by Tatsh (dj Killer, see GENOCIDE), so TAKA may seem like that he did not do 4poH.

Well, the slow part in the song explains everything, the use of Lion (Lion Musashi/ Kinjishi) and the Nageki no ki-esque intro.
